Open KPI Dashboard
Reports → KPI Dashboard.

Pick Widgets
Library includes 25+ widgets: Sales Today, Sales vs Last Week, GMV by Channel, AR Aging, Top 10 Products, Low Stock Count, Active Subscriptions, etc.

Drag to Arrange
Drag any widget to reposition. Resize from the corner handle. Layout saves per user.

Set Refresh Interval
Live (15s) for a wall-mounted screen; Manual for casual use. Live mode uses websockets so it doesn't hammer the DB.

Multiple Dashboards
Create a separate dashboard per role: "Owner Daily", "Floor Manager", "Accountant Month-End".
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: For wall-mount displays, set Live refresh + dark mode + hide non-essential widgets — your team sees the score in real time.
