Custom Reports
Overview
Build your own reports from any data ninoPOS captures. Drag-and-drop column picker, filters, groupings, charts. Save and share with the team.
Step-by-Step Guide

Open Custom Reports
Reports → Custom → New Report.

Pick Data Source
Sales / Invoices / Products / Clients / Inventory Movements / Payments / Suppliers. One source per report.

Choose Columns
Drag fields from the left panel into the column area. Re-order by dragging within.

Add Filters
Date range, store, category, status. Stacked AND filtering.

Group + Aggregate
Optional: group by a field (e.g. Product Category) and sum/average/count the numeric columns.

Chart It (optional)
Switch to chart view: bar, line, pie. Useful for executive dashboards.

Save + Share
Name the report. Optionally pin to the dashboard or share a read-only link with team members.
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: Save common variants ("Sales by Cashier this month", "Stock by Supplier") as templates — load them with one click instead of rebuilding.
