Can ninoPOS post restaurant charges to a guest room folio?

Not yet — automatic room-charge posting to a guest folio is on the roadmap (it needs the folio module). Today you run each outlet as its own POS with M-Pesa, card, cash and voucher tenders, and consolidated F&B reports. If you need room-charge billing now, record it as a manual payment and reconcile against your booking.

Can I run different menus at different outlets?

Yes — restaurant, bar, pool, banqueting and room-service can each have their own menu, pricing and KDS routing.

How are comps and discounts controlled?

Manager-level approvals, comp limits per role, and a full audit trail of every comp and void are built in.
