Can I track pour cost on spirits?
Yes — map every menu item to its pour size in millilitres, and NinoPOS calculates live pour cost % per drink, per category, and per bartender.
How does shift cash-up work?
At shift end, the bartender confirms cash counted vs. expected. M-Pesa and card totals come from the gateways. Variance is flagged automatically.
