Inter-Store Transfers
Overview
Move stock between stores (or store ↔ warehouse). Real-time visibility so you can rebalance — e.g. ship slow stock from Mwanza to fast-selling Dar.
Step-by-Step Guide

New Transfer
Inventory → Transfers → New Transfer. Source store + destination store.

Pick Items + Quantities
Search or scan items. Quantity to transfer per line. System checks source stock and warns if you'd go negative.

Save + Print Note
Save creates a Transfer Note (printable, with driver/courier name + receiving signatory).
4
Receive at Destination
When the truck arrives, destination store opens the transfer and clicks Confirm Received — stock posts into destination inventory.
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: Variance between sent + received quantities flags loss in transit — investigate before signing off.
