Overview
Customize the body + subject of every email ninoPOS sends — welcome, invoice, payment receipt, password reset, reservation confirmation, low-stock alert. Use placeholders for dynamic values.
Step-by-Step Guide

Open Templates
Settings → Email Templates.

Pick Template
List shows every template type. Click to edit subject + HTML body.

Use Placeholders
Available placeholders show in a sidebar: {customer_name}, {amount}, {invoice_number}, etc. Insert by clicking.

Preview
Right panel shows the rendered email with dummy data. Test what it actually looks like before sending live.

Send Test
Send a real email to your own address — catches deliverability + spam-filter issues template-preview can't.
Tips & Best Practices
Tip: Keep customer-facing emails short. Long welcome emails get skimmed; a 3-line "Here's your account, here's how to start, here's help if stuck" outperforms a 500-word essay every time.
