Step-by-Step Guide

Open Email Funnel
Settings → Email Funnel.

Pick a Sequence
Pre-built: Trial Onboarding (Day 1, 3, 7, 14, 28), Abandoned Cart (1hr, 24hr, 72hr), Win-back (30, 60, 90 days inactive).

Customize Each Email
Subject + body per step. Defaults are reasonable; tune for your tone.

Activate
Toggle Active. New triggering events (signup / cart-abandon / N days inactive) enter the sequence automatically.

Monitor
Per-sequence stats: open rate, click rate, conversion. Iterate on subject lines first (highest leverage).
