Overview

Perform actions on multiple records at once to save time. Update prices, change categories, adjust stock, or delete products in bulk.

Step-by-Step Guide

Navigate to any list view (Products, Clients, Invoices). Use checkboxes to select multiple rows or click the header checkbox to select all.

The bulk action bar appears at the bottom. Choose an action: Update Price, Change Category, Adjust Stock, Export, or Delete.

Enter the new value or adjustment. For price changes, choose between fixed amount, percentage increase, or percentage decrease.

Preview the changes before applying. For destructive actions (delete), type the confirmation code.

Click Apply. Changes are processed in the background. You'll receive a notification when complete.

Tip: Use filters first to narrow down the list before selecting all. This prevents accidental changes.

Note: Bulk deletes are irreversible. Always export a backup before mass deletion.
