Overview

Give your customers a self-service portal where they can view their invoices, make payments, download statements, and track order history without calling your team.

Step-by-Step Guide

Enable Portal

Go to Settings → Clients → Client Portal and toggle it on.

Customize Branding

Upload your logo, set portal colors, and configure the welcome message.

Send Invitations

Select clients and click Send Portal Invite. They receive an email with a secure login link.

Manage Access

Control what each client can see: invoices only, invoices + orders, or full history including quotations and delivery notes.

Tip: Enable auto-payment reminders in the portal to reduce overdue invoices.
Tip: The portal works on mobile browsers — your clients can pay from their phones.
