Set up and manage multiple warehouses or storage locations. Track stock per warehouse, manage locations within warehouses, and control user access by location.
Go to Inventory → Warehouses and click New Warehouse. Enter name, address, and manager.
Within each warehouse, create locations like A-01, B-12, or Cold Storage. This enables precise picking and putaway.
Set default warehouses for products. When stock arrives, it is automatically directed to the correct warehouse.
Use Inventory → Stock to view quantities per warehouse and per location. Filter and export as needed.
Use Inventory → Transfers to move stock. The source warehouse deducts stock and the destination awaits receipt confirmation.
