Open Store Comparison

Reports → Multi-Store → Store Comparison.

Pick Stores + Period

Select 2 or more stores. Date range defaults to current month.

Read Side-by-Side

Each store gets a column. Rows: Revenue, Gross Margin, Sales Count, Avg Basket, Inventory Turnover, Top Category, Best Cashier.

Drill

Click any cell to open the underlying detail (per-store sales list, etc.).

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: Run this weekly during your management meeting — the worst-performing store becomes obvious in 30 seconds, and the conversation moves to "why" instead of "let me pull the numbers".
