Overview

Manage room types, individual rooms, availability calendar, rates, and housekeeping status. The base of the hotel + PMS module.

Step-by-Step Guide

Define Room Types

Hotel → Room Types. Standard, Deluxe, Suite. Per type: occupancy, default rate, amenities, photos.

Add Rooms

Hotel → Rooms. Each room belongs to a type. Number, floor, view, accessibility flags.

Availability Calendar

Hotel → Availability. Color-coded grid: rooms × dates. Drag-select to block (maintenance, owner stay).

Rate Plans

Per room type, define rate plans: Standard, Weekend, Holiday, Corporate. Auto-applies based on date + customer tag.

Housekeeping Status

After checkout, room status flips to Dirty. Housekeeping marks Clean from the housekeeping tablet/dashboard view.

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: Sync availability to channel managers (Booking.com, Expedia) via the Channel Manager integration — prevents overbooking across channels.
