Overview

Build and maintain your menu — items, modifiers (extras, options), combos, categories, and prep stations. Menu changes apply instantly across POS, KDS, and QR-code menu.

Step-by-Step Guide

Create Categories

Restaurant → Menu → Categories. Starters, Mains, Drinks, Desserts — match your menu layout.

Add Menu Items

Per category, click + Item. Name, price, photo, prep station, available toggle.

Modifiers

For items with options (steak doneness, drink size, milk type), define a modifier group + options. Modifiers can be required, optional, single, or multi-select.

Combos

Build combo deals (Burger + Fries + Drink = 18,000). Discount applies automatically when all combo items are in the order.

Out of Stock Toggle

When you run out of a daily special, toggle 86'd on the item. It greys out on POS + KDS + QR menu instantly. Untoggle when restocked.

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: Set prep station per item (Kitchen / Bar / Cold Station) so tickets route to the right printer/KDS automatically.
Tip: High-margin add-ons should be optional modifiers (extra cheese, side salad) — staff prompts the customer, conversion is huge.
