Multi-Currency

Overview

Operate in multiple currencies for international sales, suppliers, or multi-country stores. NinoPOS handles exchange rates, conversion, and reporting-currency snapshots automatically.

Step-by-Step Guide

1

Add Currencies

Go to Settings → Currency and click Add Currency. Select from 150+ supported currencies.

2

Set Exchange Rates

Enter rates manually or enable auto-update from a provider. Set a default reporting currency for consolidated financials.

3

Assign to Stores

Each store or warehouse can have its own operating currency. Go to Settings → Stores to assign.

4

Create Transactions

When creating invoices, purchases, or journal entries, select the transaction currency. The system stores both the original amount and the reporting-currency equivalent.

5

View Currency Analytics

Go to Currency → Analytics to see exposure, unrealized gains/losses, and trends.
