Get notified before you run out. Set a reorder level per product (or per product per store) and ninoPOS will warn you on the dashboard, send email/WhatsApp, and feed the AI Reorder suggestions.
Open a product → Stock tab. Enter Reorder Level (the quantity at which to be warned) and optional Reorder Quantity (how much to order).
For multi-store: each store can have its own reorder level if turnover differs. Set under the same Stock tab, per-store row.
Settings → Notifications → Low Stock. Choose channels (dashboard banner, email, WhatsApp) and recipients.
Products → Low Stock shows everything currently at or below reorder level, with one-click Create Purchase Order.
Optional: send a single morning email summarizing all low-stock items instead of one alert per drop. Settings → Notifications → Digest Schedule.
