Self-Serve Data Export

Overview

Download your full business data anytime — no support ticket required. NinoPOS gives you direct exports for products, clients, sales, invoices, payments, and stock movements, all in CSV or JSON.

Step-by-Step Guide

Open Data Export

Sidebar → Settings → Data Export.

Choose Dataset

Pick what you want: Products, Clients, Sales, Invoices, Payments, Stock Movements, Suppliers, Purchases. Multi-select supported.

Set Date Range

For time-bound data (sales, invoices, payments), select a from/to date. Leave blank for "all time".

Pick Format

CSV for spreadsheets, JSON for developers/integrations.

Download

Click Generate Export. The file is built server-side and downloaded directly — large exports may take a few seconds to finalize.

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: Self-serve export means no lock-in: if you ever leave NinoPOS, you take your data with you in standard formats.
Tip: Schedule a monthly export as an off-site backup, even if you trust our daily backups.
Tip: CSV opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, and LibreOffice — no special tools required.
