Dashboard Overview

Overview

Your dashboard is the first screen you see after login. It surfaces today's sales, alerts you to anything urgent (overdue invoices, low stock, expiring trial), and gives you one-click access to the most-used modules.

Step-by-Step Guide

1

Top KPI Strip

Today's sales, this-month sales vs. last month, outstanding invoices, low-stock product count.

2

Quick Actions

Big buttons for New Sale, New Invoice, Add Product, Record Payment. These are the most-clicked daily flows.

3

Recent Activity

A timeline of the latest 10 events — sales completed, invoices sent, payments received, stock movements.

4

Alerts Panel

Anything that needs attention: overdue invoices, products below reorder level, trial about to expire, subscription failed payment.

5

Customize Widgets

Click Customize top-right to hide widgets you don't need or rearrange order. Per-user, so each team member can have their own layout.

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: Keep the dashboard as your home tab — most everything you need daily is one click away.
Tip: On mobile, the dashboard collapses to a vertical card stack so all KPIs stay visible without scrolling.
