Overview

The Damaged Products feature helps you track and manage inventory that has been damaged, expired, or become unsellable. This ensures your stock levels remain accurate and helps with insurance or supplier claims.

Step-by-Step Guide

Access Damaged Products

Go to Inventory → Damaged Products from the sidebar.

Record Damaged Items

Click Record Damage and select the product, quantity, and damage type (physical damage, expiration, water damage, etc.).

Upload Evidence

Attach photos or documents as evidence. This is useful for insurance claims or supplier returns.

Generate Report

Go to Damaged Products → Report to generate a detailed report for a date range, filtered by product or damage type.

Dispose or Return

Mark items as disposed or create a return to supplier. The system will automatically adjust stock accordingly.
