Legal name is what your business is registered as (e.g. "Mwakwala Holdings Ltd"). Trading name is the brand customers see ("Mwakwala Hardware"). Both appear on receipts.
Used on invoice headers, receipt footers, and tenant-domain email signatures.
TIN (Tanzania), VRN if VAT-registered, KRA PIN (Kenya), TRA / KRA fiscal-device IDs if applicable. Required on tax invoices.
Most TZ/KE SMBs use January–December. Some industries (agri, hospitality) use July–June. Set once; affects period-end reports.
