Step-by-Step Guide

Open Client

Clients → pick a client. The History tab shows the full chronological list.

Filter

By date range, by document type (invoices, payments, returns), or by amount range.

Drill Into Each Row

Click any row to open the original sale/invoice. From there you can re-print, email, void, or process a return.

Customer Insights Panel

Sidebar shows aggregates: lifetime value, average order value, frequency, last purchase date, preferred products.

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: Before a sales call, glance at the History tab — the customer feels seen ("I remember you bought the Tecno Spark last month — how's it holding up?") and the conversion rate goes up noticeably.
