Client Groups

Overview

Segment customers into groups for targeted pricing, loyalty tiers, credit limits, and marketing campaigns. A client can belong to multiple groups.

Step-by-Step Guide

Create Group

Clients → Groups → New. Name (e.g. "Gold Tier", "Wholesale", "Restaurants"), description, color tag.

Group-Level Pricing

Optional: set discount % or fixed price overrides for products. Members of the group see the group price at POS + invoicing.

Group-Level Credit

Optional: set default credit limit per group. New members inherit it; manual override per client still works.

Add Members

From the group, + Add Clients. Bulk-select from a search-filtered list.

Target with Campaigns

Marketing → Campaigns. Pick a client group as the audience for an email/SMS/WhatsApp campaign.

Tips & Best Practices

Tip: For B2B wholesale: a "Wholesale" group with group-pricing means the cashier doesn't need to know the right price — POS shows the right number automatically.
