NinoPOS uses machine learning to analyze your sales velocity, seasonality, supplier lead times, and current stock levels to suggest optimal reorder quantities and timing. This reduces stockouts while minimizing overstock.
Navigate to Inventory → Smart Tools → AI Reorder to see the suggestions dashboard.
Each product shows: Current Stock, Predicted Days Until Stockout, Suggested Reorder Qty, and Confidence Score.
Click on a product to adjust safety stock levels, lead times, or min/max quantities. The AI will recalculate based on your inputs.
Select multiple suggestions and click Create PO to generate a purchase order automatically addressed to the default supplier.
Over time, the AI learns from your decisions. Review the Accuracy Report to see how well predictions matched reality.
